Terms & Conditions
1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of the website etaentry.co.uk, operated by Web-Weave (registered at Horizon 55, 7891CJ, Klazienaveen, The Netherlands, registration number 67651194, VAT NL002400312B38). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Web-Weave; "you" refers to the person placing an order.
2. What we do — and what we do not do
We are an independent third-party service that assists travellers in preparing and submitting their UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) application to the UK Home Office. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the UK Government, gov.uk, or the UK Home Office. You can apply for an ETA directly on gov.uk for the official Home Office fee without using our service.
Our service consists of:
- Collecting your application details through a guided online form
- Checking the information you provide for completeness and obvious errors before submission
- Submitting your application to the UK Home Office on your behalf
- Sending you the resulting ETA decision document by email
Our service does not include legal advice, immigration advice, or any guarantee that your ETA will be approved. The decision to grant or refuse an ETA rests solely with the UK Home Office.
3. Fees
The fee you pay us includes both our service fee and (unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Pricing page) the UK Home Office application fee that we forward to the Home Office on your behalf. The exact breakdown is shown on the Pricing page and again on the checkout summary before you pay. All prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
4. Your obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and truthful information about yourself and any traveller you apply on behalf of
- Hold the legal right to apply on behalf of any other traveller you submit details for (e.g. a parent applying for a minor)
- Upload genuine, unaltered copies of your passport biographical page and a recent photograph that meets the UK ETA photo requirements
- Comply with all applicable laws when using our service
Providing false information may lead to refusal of your ETA, a permanent record on your immigration history, and is your sole responsibility.
5. Refunds and cancellation
Our refund policy is set out in full on the Refunds & Cancellations page and forms part of these terms.
6. Our liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any decision made by the UK Home Office regarding your ETA application
- We are not liable for delays caused by the UK Home Office, payment providers, email providers, or other third parties
- Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at the amount you paid us for the order in question
- Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud
7. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the version published on this page at the time you place your order; subsequent changes apply only to new orders.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the EU/EEA retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
10. Contact
